Bar. Ken Imansuangbon, AKA Rice Man, visited the family and window of the veteran journalist, Prince Tony Momoh, in their Abuja home. Prince Tony Momoh served as the information minister between 1986 and 1990 during the General Ibrahim Babangida regime.
According to Bar. Ken Imansuangbon addressing two of sons; Rasheed and Suleiman; “Daddy was an upright man, a man of integrity who served the nation with utmost dedication. It was with a heavy heart I received the news of his death because I didn’t know he was ill. He trained as a teacher, later journalist and lawyer, I share in some of his ideals on nation building. I was always looking forward to his frank analysis on national issues. He was a good man. I mean we can all see the kinds of encomium pouring out from all parts of the country. Well, let’s take solace in the gentle but worthy life he lived; he made a good mark on he sands of time. May his soul rest in peace.”
He promised that he will always act whenever the family he left behind, especially the widow of the dear Prince, call on him. And that he will continue to keep in touch with them.
