Ajaokuta Federal Lawmaker Empowers Constituents Through Skills Training

Hon. Sanni Egidi Abdulraheem, the House of Representative member representing Ajaokuta Federal Constituency, has successfully empowered hundreds of constituents after they underwent rigorous training in various entrepreneurial skills.
The empowerment program covered a range of skills, including ICT/software applications, solar panel installations, and the use of agro products in farming. This initiative aims to equip participants with practical skills to enhance their employability and foster self-reliance within the community.
During the closing ceremony of the empowerment scheme, Hon. Ibrahim Baba-Ganaja, the personal assistant to Hon. Abdulraheem speaking on behalf of his principal encouraged participants to build upon the skills they had developed during the training. He emphasized the importance of the cash support provided alongside the training, urging beneficiaries to utilize the funds and materials wisely to establish their businesses and avoid squandering the opportunity.
Speaking on behalf of the beneficiaries, Mall Tohiru expressed heartfelt gratitude to the Federal Lawmaker for his continuous efforts toward empowering the constituents of Ajaokuta. He expressed optimism that the initiatives put forth by Hon. Abdulraheem reflect good governance and a dedication to improving the lives of the residents in Ajaokuta Local Government Area.
Other speakers at the event hailed Hon. Abdulraheem as a “talk-and-do” leader, commending him for fulfilling his campaign promises.
