Engr. Yahaya M.D. Farouk, Chairman, Nigerian Society of Engineers, Lokoja Branch has congratulated Sen. Abubakar S. Ohere (NSE) on his inauguration as the Senator of the Federal Republic of Nigeria in the 10th National Assembly.
Engr. Faruk in statement issued in Lokoja to Newsmen said the NSE Lokoja Branch is with humility expressing optimism that Sen. Engr. Ohere in his usual characteristics will excel as is usual with him in all his engagements.
The NSE says it is
proud to have Sen. (Engr.) Ohere a Fellow of the Society NSE inaugurated as a Lawmaker, expressed full confidence that without mincing words, the National Assembly would meet the yearnings and aspirations of Nigerians and Kogi Central Senatorial District with the caliber of the likes of Sen. Ohere.
Engr. Faruk with a nostalgic feeling recalled that in private and public life, particularly as Commissioner For Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs, Works and Housing and now as a Senator Representing Kogi Central Senatorial District would bring his magic wands to legislation for the much desired dividends of democracy to the people.
