This APC maladministration must end without further delay – Ijumu PDP 


 

 

COMMUNIQUE ISSUED AT THE END OF IJUMU PDP PCC HELD IN IYARA ON WEDNESDAY, 28TH DECEMBER, 2022

The meeting was attended by all members of the Council, its committee members, as well as all the ward Chairmen of the party across the Local Government.

1) The meeting lamented the high level of poverty, exacerbated by poor leadership foisted on our nation in the past eight years by the APC Administration, counselling that, this maladministration must end without further delay.

2) The meeting implored members of the Party to approach the coming election with great vigour and purpose-driven commitment, with a determination to unseat the evil administration of APC.

3) The meeting expressed delight that, the presidential candidate of the People’s Democratic Party, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, is the most sellable to Ijumu people, because of his close affinity and friendship with many Ijumu sons and daughters , stressing that no other presidential candidate enjoys such closeness with Ijumu people.

4) The meeting observed that the failure of the APC led government and the slopes being witnessed in all facets and all segments of national embodiments, are eloquent and resounding testimonies in favour of PDP

5) The meeting agreed that the aforementioned must gear up PDP faithful, to give their eyes no sleep in the next two months, in order to see to it that, the PDP breasts the tape at all levels, during the coming elections.

6) The meeting emphasized the the need to give people a push towards the collection o their Permanent Voter’s Card, PVC, since that is the instrument that would make them relevant during election.

7) The meeting admitted that the coming election is a struggle for the freedom of our nation, and as such, every action must be decisive, not allowing freedom to be slaughtered on the altar of pecuniary and financial inducement.

8) The meeting admonished all party faithfuls to cast block vote for PDP without being selective on candidates.

9)The Council further observed and emphasized, particularly to the people of Ijumu, that, PDP is the only party, that can reset the polity and restore rotational arrangement, that the APC government in Kogi State has bastardized.

10) The meeting maintained that the interest of the party must be placed higher and above personal interests, and as such, it encouraged the leadership of the party at various levels, to expedite actions at vigorously pursuing reconciliation of all waring factions within the party.
