The Nigeria farming occupation occupiers are in the villages with scarce resources trapped by kidnappers from harvesting their cash or food crops with not even a little to reach their homes and markets until and unless a ransom is paid and the APC controlled Federal Government is admitting incapacitation to deal with the menace. Lost of Good Governance and freedom of movement has engulfed the Farmer’s life in the villages and that is the causes and within it the solutions to the price hikes and food insecurity in Nigeria at a time prices should be coming down aside of the trouble shooting Fulani cattle breeders who refused to feed their animals with grass but with the cultivated human beings food and cash crops. Government policy of Free movement of farmers to deterring the kidnappers from collecting ransoms or the Nigerians must insist on Good Governance and unreserved powers to a practicing autonomy in the Local Government Areas system of a unified Administration through a nation wide scrapping of SIECs and stopping their nation wide diabolical manipulations and abuse of assignments.
