SDP Print Media Head, Agada returns to APC
Former Head of print media of the Social Democratic party (SDP) Hon Solomon Agada, has returned to the All Progressive Congress ( APC)
Hon Agada who was at the elaborate flagg off campaign ceremony for the council election held in Dekina today stated that, the leadership of the party at the local government and the state level has demonstrated love and capacity to receive any personality that is ready to add value to the party and the state in general. This he said is in line with the commitment of His Excellency, Alh Ahmed Usman Ododo directive that everyone with useful ideas and wants to return to the party should be welcomed back.
Hon Agada thanked the leaders of the party from the local government area ,Hon Yakubu Okala who doubles as the Auditor general of kogi state, Hajia Rabietu Baby Okute who is the Commissioner for humanitarians affairs, Hon, Prince Ishaq Okolo,Special Adviser to the governor, Hon John Urah ikani , the APC Chairmanship candidate,the zonal chiarman of the party from kogi East Hon.Sule Omika Muhammed, the party chiarman of the local government,Hon Yunusa Ishaq, the Director General campaign of the party in the local government area, Hon. Engr.Andrew Adama,Hon princess Joy Oguche and other Stakeholders of the party from the area for the show of love and spirit of sportsmanship shown to him.
He said APC has come to stay in kogi state and call on other who are in opposition to join hand with His Excellency, Alh Ahmed Usman Ododo to move the state forward.
The flagg off campaign ceremony was witnessed by thousands of APC and other party supporters aimed at drumming support for the candidate of the party,Hon John Urah ikani.
Hon Gowon Haruna ( IJN) member house of representatives ,Hon Usman Ochidi (powerful) member,Kogi State House of Assembly and other elected and appointed were present to witness the ceremony.
Confluence news gathered that,the candidacy of John Urah ikani has attracted thousands of other parties to the All Progressive Congress ( APC) in view of his developmental strides while he was a caretaker chiarman of the council and he assured the people that if elected,he will do more.
