Prince Yahaya Audu Ohidi, has sent a message of commiseration to the Speaker, Kogi State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Mathew Kolawole, on the unfortunate death of his wife, Pastor Mrs Esther Kolawole.
The Kogi State APC Chieftain, hails from Ofu LGA, described the death as unfortunate, regretted that it is coming at a time when her motherly disposition was most needed.
The former Governorship and Kogi East Senatorial District Aspirant a statement issued to Newsmen, Prince Yahaya Audu Ohidi said: ” I wish to use this medium to commiserate with the Speaker and the entire family over the sudden demise of his very dear wife, Pastor Mrs Esther Kolawole, which sad event occured on Sunday, December 5th, 2021.
” Indeed, it is very painful and shocking that Pastor Mrs Esther Kolawole died at a time when her spiritual support, love and care are most needed by Speaker Kolawole and the entire family. Truth is, she was a massive pillar of support to her beloved husband; always interceding for him and the entire family.
” Though, we all are saddened and pained by her shocking demise, but Speaker Kolawole, the entire family and those close to her should take solace in the fact that she lived a most useful and inspiring life. Pastor Mrs Esther Kolawole lived a life of love, compassion, sacrifice and support to all and sundry. She touched so many lives positively.
” I pray that God Almighty will grant her eternal peace, the Lord Jesus Christ will not only comfort Speaker Kolawole and the family, but also grant all the grace to bear the irreparable loss, Amen”.
