KOGI BEBM EXHIBITIONS CELEBRATES NBRRI’S CHAIRMAN, HON. DURO MESEKO ON HIS BIRTHDAY, ANNOUNCES AN ANNUAL ESSAY COMPETITION IN HIS HONOUR.
The organisers of the annual Kogi Built Environment and Building Materials Exhibitions has congratulated the Chairman of the National Building and Road, Research Institute and the Deputy National Publicity Secretary of the All Progressives Congress, Hon. Duro Meseko on his sixtieth birthday.
In a release made available to media today in Lokoja, the group wished him good health and good opportunities in his new age.
The release by the BEBM Exhibition’s Deputy Director-General of Programmes, Ogbeni Gbenga Lanre also announced the decision to host an annual essay competition with the theme, Building Smart Environment Using Made in Nigeria Building Materials in recognition of the contribution of the celebrant to the development of the society at large.
The exhibition is an annual platform for interactions between stakeholders in the built environment sector, investors, professionals and manufacturers of building/construction materials on issues, new ideas and the build environment development. It is also used to showcase new building materials and construction technology.
The release said a governing council of the essay competition is to be announced soon.
