Asiwaju in his birthday message said the rural development commissioner is a selfless leader whose tenacity to serve his people towers any twist and challenges that comes with the political fiefdom. Mukadam also recounted the crucial and helpful role he plays as he serves as the Secretary in the commissioners forum, and as the Secretary, Project Light Up Kogi East, PLUKE, saying he’s a source of inspiration and drive to do more for the people and the Forum as a body.
