Asiwaju in his birthday message to commemorate the special day and celebrate the royal celebrant, said Oba Ayeni ascension to the throne of his forefathers is a prayer answered for the people of ijumu kingdom, owing to the unprecedented transformation, relative Peace and Unity of purpose it has brought to the kingdom in his short stint. His unassailable native intelligent, broad understanding of the traditional institution and deep love for humanity has distinguished is time and era on the stool.
MAAI notes that HRM, Oba Williams Ayeni remain an exemplary figure whose uncommon wisdom and intrinsic leadership values makes his kingdom a shining light to others and a monarch to reckon with ijumu land, Okunland and Kogi state at large. I am personally delighted to celebrate a father figure, a humanitarian per excellence, a devoted Christian and King whose passion and commitment to the development of his kingdom is exceptionally unparallel, Asiwaju stated.
Asiwaju used the ample opportunity of celebration to further call on the Kabiesi to support His Excellency, Governor Yahaya Adoza Bello in his fervent quest to birth a kogi where everyone thrive under a secured and peaceful atmosphere, saying it’s pertinent the traditional institution play a frontal role as the closest to the people and representative of God on earth.
I Pray God Almighty grant His Royal Majesty the Grace, wisdom, understanding, Sound health and Long life to further serve ijumu people to a greater height and remain a blessing to humanity longer.
