Late Felicia Adurodija’ Burial Holds February 12 in Ogori


 

The family of Chief Mrs Felecia Aderomi Adurodija, mother of the State Director of New Media, Kogi State Ministry of Information and Communication, Ebenezer Adurodija, have announced the burial arrangements for the late family matriach.

According to a statement issued by the family, the wake-keep would hold on Thursday 11 February 2021 at the family compound in Ogori, in Ogori/Magongo LGA of Kogi State.

The statement added that the internment would take place at the Christian Cemetery, Ogori after the Thanksgiving service at the Cathedral Church of St. Peter, on Friday 12 February 2021, at 10.00am.

This would be followed immediately by a reception at the family residence at No 26 Aiyetoro street, Ogori.

Chief Felicia Adurodija died on the 24 November, 2020 at the ripe age of 80. A devout Christian, who spent most part of her life time serving God and humanity, Mama Adurodija would be fondly remembered for her communal spirit and camaraderie.

Until her death, Mrs Felicia Aderomi Adurodija held the exalted position of the Ohirago of Ebiraland, and is survived by many children and grandchildren.
