joshuaKogi NYCN Chairman Lauds Gov. Ododo’s Road Infrastructure, Appeals For Completion of Ganaja Road.
The Kogi State Chairman, National Youth Council of Nigeria, Comr. Ben Jerry has described Alhaji Usman Ahmed Ododo as a wonder sent to liberate the people of the State from shackles of poverty.
Comr. Jerry made the disclosure shortly after his assessment of the road construction work of the administration of Gov Ododo, pointing out that the Hassan Katsina road and the welcome to Lokoja through Army Barracks road is a sight to behold.
Comr. Jerry disclosed that the road networks has not improved the beauty of the State capital, added that it has eased the vehicular movement.
” Until recently it was challenging driving along the mentioned roads. Motorists had a lot of complain and citizens living along the corridors of House of Assembly and from Zango to Lokoja spend many hours coming to the metropolis”.
” The administration of Gov Ododo has proven to be God sent as he has taking the lead in making sure that people can now drive on those roads unhindered”.
” Permit me to say that this administration is committed to improving on the lives of the people of the State. The regular payment of salaries, increase in the minimum wage has further brought life to the State”.
” We in the NYCN are proud of Gov Ododo and will urge him to continue to do the job of putting smiles on the faces of the people”.
Comr. Jerry however called on Gov. Ododo to stretch his goodwill on the Ganaja road, pointing out that with his political will he can equally add succour to the lives of the people.
” Though the Ganaja road is a federal road. I also think that citizens of the State are they ones plying the road. The administration can help fix it and seek for a refund, particularly that the road is particularly strategic to the people “.
The NYCN Chairman called on the people of the State to remain supportive of the present administration, pointing out that with collective responsibility, the administration will certainly meet with the yearning and aspirations of the people.
