Kogi Guber: Oladele Nihi Predict Victory for APC in Ijumu LGA, Urged Increased Voter Turnout to Secure the Imminent Win With A Large Margin


Today the Ijumu campaign council began its ward to ward rally covering about 9wards of the total 15wards today while the remaining about 6wards is slated for tomorrow.


Leading the campaign team were Hon Funsho Olumoko, Director General, Kogi West Senatorial District APC Campaign Council; Alhaji Taofiq Isah, Chairman Ijumu LGA & Kogi State ALGON Chairman; Hon Richard Osaseyi, Director General, Ijumu Campaign Council; Honourable Victory Adewale Omofaye, Commissioner for Environment; Honourable Adesayo Ismail, Commissioner for Special Duties; Hon Oladele John Nihi, SSA to Kogi State Governor on Communication & Director, Students Directorate of APC Kogi Governorship Campaign Council, alongside other Ijumu APC leaders.

The rally had in attendance throngs of supporters and well wishers who tropped in to resound their unwavering support, dedication and commitment to the Party and its candidate.

The Ijumu leaders impressed on supporters in each ward to ensure to cast their votes for APC on Saturday, enumerating the many benefits of Ododo /Joel leadership to Ijumu land and its people.

Speaking to the Press, Honourable Oladele Nihi expressed absolute confidence in APC’s victory before the end of election, on Election Day. “The reception we received in every ward is testament that Ijumu is for APC, and before 2 pm on Election Day, the win would be called in favour of APC”, he predicted, urging increased voter turnout to secure the imminent win with a large margin.

The rally’s focal point was the substantial influx of members from other political parties into the APC, notably Engr Rasheed Bello, a former NNPP House of Assembly candidate, who publicly pledged unwavering loyalty to the APC. These new converts vowed to spearhead extensive campaigning efforts to bolster the party’s ranks in preparation for the upcoming Saturday election.
