The General Manager of Kogi Community and Social Development Agency, Mallam Momoh Dauda has described the recent award and recognition given to the agency as a charge to do more and keep impacting and reaching out to the poor of the poorest communities in the state.
It will be recorded that the state CSDA under the leadership of it General Manager has speedily brought transformation to the agency, recorded tremendous achievements in the area of fair biding for community projects approval.
Similarly, the agency recorded 100 percent project execution, a great feat that earned national and international recognition owing to it modus of operandi and as head of all General Manager in the North-Central axis of Nigeria.
In his opening remark at the award presentation, the CSDA boss thanked the group, Centre For Peace and Self Values Re-orientation for the recognition, stressing that the award belongs to all staff of the agency who keep working round the clock and risking their life’s for the sole mandate of touching the life’s of others.
He added that before now, the agency was not in the business of accepting awards from groups, disclosing that this became necessary to boast the moral of his staff and to remind them that the world is watching and taken note of the little they are doing.
Momoh stressed that the welfare of his staff has since being his number one priority, considering the risk and demanding nature of their job, Commended the management and staff for the successes recorded.
While disclosing that the agency has presented a ‘Ten (10) Developmental Plan’ worth millions of naira to the state government for approval, he thanked the government under the leadership of the state government, His Excellency Yahaya Bello for the enabling environment and support given to the agency so far.
Earlier in his speech, the Executive Director of the group, Comr. Abraham Oyibo said it took a painstaking effort for the group to research into various agencies in the state, that are making efforts in the area of leadership, policy performance, obedience to rule of law, work ethics compliance, commitment to duty etc.
He further lauded the selfless leadership style of the state CSDA general manager, noting that his achievements so far as disclosed in the score card certificate were close to perfection, hence a charge to do more and not relent on his efforts.
Mallam Momoh was awarded a certificate of ‘Integrity Stewardship Service Ambassador’ while the agency was awarded a certificate of ‘Integrity Stewardship’.
