Hon. Kingsley Femi Fanwo (KFF), Kogi State Commissioner for Information and Communications led other Government Officials of Mopamuro extraction to visit an accident victim from the Local Government, Julius Mubo where he donated 100,000 to offset existing bills of the patient.
Fanwo, in company of some government officials, paid a get-well-soon visit to the patient at the Federal Medical Center, Lokoja. He expressed gratitude to God for how far He has helped her and the family to stay strong during this trying times. He further encouraged Mubo to stay positive as according to him, healing starts from the heart.
The Commissioner promised to keep in touch with the patient and ensure she gets the best medical attention, assuring her of his readiness to foot all her medical bills.
“She is our daughter in Mopamuro and we have to stand by her in this trying period. We are encouraged by her positivism and we will keep in touch and take full responsibility for her treatment”, he said.
The patient and her family thanked Fanwo for the donation. They also expressed gratitude to the entourage for the show of love.
Hon. Oluwasegun Abereoran, Hon. Seth Abayomi Ronke, Hon. Mayowa Alayemola and Hon. Julius O. Abel were part of the entourage.
It would be recalled that Mubo Julius was involved in the ill-fated accident while returning to school from Mopa after the festivities.
