IMO EAST SENATORIAL DISTRICT2023: BARR CHYMA SETS TO CHANGE THE NARRATIVES.

An aspirant for the Imo east Senatorial district of Imo State,on the platform of the all progressives grand alliance (APGA),Barr Chyma Anthony has promised to Change the Nagative narratives in the the Nation’s polity if elected in to the red Chambers of National assembly come 2023.

Barr, Chyma disclosed this to Newsmen when he visited the National Headquarters of the all progressives grand alliance(APGA) Abuja, on Thursday 21April 2022, for the screening exercise of aspirants who wants to fly the Patty’s flag, ahead of the party’s primaries and the 2023 general elections.

Barr Chyma Anthony who condemn vote buying and other inducement that has Characterized the Nation’s electioneering process, said if elected in to the red Chambers that is the nation’s highest lawmaking body he would led advocacy for it criminalization through legislation, even as he called on Nigerians to avoid and discounternace such politicians who doles out money for vote.

According to him if elected as the senator representing Imo east Senatorial district that is Owerri zone,he would provide adequate and functional representation,as he also pledged to ensure inclusive and participatory lawmaking for the people of the zone.

The Senatorial aspirant who further lamented the height of bad governance in the country occasion by poor legislation by paliamentarians, added that he would pursue legislation that will definitely garantee good Governance for Nigeria and for the good of Nigerians.

In his words,”I will ensure that  laws that will guarantee free education, free health care services and laws that will favour the poor masses of this great Nation are made”.
He  further  buttressed                          that, the high level of insecurity in the country be it kidnapping, banditry and terrorism were all results of bad governance caused by poor legislation.
