The Honourable Commissioner of Environment, Omofaiye Victor Adewale, expressed his heartfelt shock at the painful exit of an Icon of academia, Prof. Matthew Ajibero, whom he described as an embodiment of intellectual growth and an elder stateman with proven records of impacts in Kogi State, Nigeria.
He said, Prof. Ajibero served in the capacity of Rector of Kogi State Polytechnic with fundamental development.
The impact and legacy he has created in the state education can never be questioned. We have every reason to celebrate the life and times of this amiable ICON.
He however, condole the family and pray that the Almighty God will forgive him all his shortcomings and grant him eternal rest.
