Since assumption of office as Executive of Omala Local Government, Hon. (Alh) Ibrahim Yakubu Aboh has developed a unifying strategies that are result oriented.
His meeting with the Executive members of Nigeria Union of Local Government Employee (NULGE) in his office has further affirmed his undying zeal to bring all divides together to achieve results.
In his voice, “we are better together. This meeting is premised on the need for harmonious working relationship/industrial harmony. We will be operating an open door policy. Staff welfare will top our priority, staff in return should be prepared to reciprocate government’s gesture via dedication to duty”.
“Let’s work for a common goal, which is the development of Omala first. I thank you for honouring this call”.
Director of Local Government, DLG for Omala LG, Elder Joseph Omale thank the council Chairman for displaying high sense of civil friendship. He reminded the congregation that one of the functions of NULGE is to work towards staff welfare. As such, synergy becomes unavoidable.
Omala chapter Chairman of NULGE, Comrade Muktar Isah commended the accessible nature of the Executive Chairman. He said the union is working round the clock to keep the system running, while he considers the call for synergy as vital as he declares that the union is ready to work with the government to achieve result.
The LG Vice-Chairman, Hon. Mrs Ele-Ojo Faruna, Chief of Staff to the Chairman, Comrade Husseini Isah were among those present in the meeting.
