Hon. Ishola Raphael Rotimi (OLOYE) the frontline Chairmanship Candidate for Yagba East LGA on the platform of African Democratic Congress (ADC) in the December 2020 election in Kogi State wish all the citizens of the Local Government Happy New Year 2021.
He Prayed that the year would be more blessed, fulfilling and gracious to our people both at home and diaspora.
Further stressing that the election is gone but the lessons learnt in the Process are deep and he would forever be grateful to his Immediate Family and Friends, Leaders, Stakeholders and Followers on various Political Platforms including Opposition, Religious and Traditional Leaders, Youth Groups, Women Associations, Diaspora Friends and Others too numerous to mention that gave him various form of support in the bid to become the next Elected Chairman of the Local Government.
Pointing out that despite the situations that surrounded the election which in reality was a “Selection” he would still as usual of him keep striving to contribute his quota in whatever way possible for the growth of Yagba East Local Government onward in whatever capacity the Almighty God gives him strength to. And that as an exposed politician who have been opportune by destiny and grace to as far back as the Obasanjo era won the Chairmanship Candidate ticket of Peoples Democratic Party Ticket for the Largest Local Government in Lagos Sate (Kosofe) and worked with Senator Obanikoro as a Strategic Staff while he was a Senator and Ambassador in Ghana in Nigeria House where he learned that Forgiveness is Key and the People is ones biggest strength politically always.
He has moved on swiftly for good and forgiven all who betrayed and hurted him in the process as Politics to him should never be played with bitterness, rancor, fights and unforgiveness. As power truly belongs to God Almighty and he gives to whosoever he desires no matter the scheming and calculations of Men.
