The man in the presidency, professor Sagay Itse is APC top notcher, also a top functionary of Buhari APC controlled Federal Government and hailed from the South -South region of Nigeria.
He recently claimed that Governor Yahaya Bello of Kogi State will use to campaign.
It is most unfortunate that claimed not to know what records GYB will use in Campaign as president 2023.
From this statement, l can’t believe the Prof. of Law and SAN Sagay Itse knows the problem of Nigeria and sleeping over them let alone worry of them.
From this even the South South region would accept, Sagay has missed the tracks, and it is not far from the truth that he may not be living in the country and know the working of the Presidency to secure the country first and leading it after.
We will respond to Sagay as one not living in Nigeria to acquainting himself with the problems at hands and which Yahaya Bello has been addressing that of his Kogi State squarely.
Governor Bello was called to come up with the magic that will secure Nigerian citizens and the Nation against the internal and external aggressions, such as that of insurgency, banditry and wrongful exclusions of Women and Youth in governance.
Are these not unprecedented good records as instituted in Kogi state that is surrounded by other 9 states and pron to criminality, but tamed by Governor Bello?
The Kogi born Yahaya Bello is also called to seek equity, justice, fair play and a paradigm shift from the dominant upper and lower Niger regions that have reduced other region, the North Central region as a mere spare parts which the Middle Belt Region never taste of one and need to bridge the gap?
Governor Yahaya Bello is not a political enigma in Nigeria political scene as do by some old brigades who got powers on their palms and handled such in wrong directions.
Kogi under Bello is secured since assumption of office in 2016. To my believe, this should guide SAN Sagay.
Take the case of Youth and the women inclusiveness in Governance by Bello. No doubt, it is never the supper structures of the infrastructures facilitues that are put on grounds are the only yardstick to judge good governance, but also the supper security structure and intelligence gathering and utilisation put on ground by any government.
Governor Bello has refused to make Kogi state a heaven for criminals and for now, that is what is lacking in Nigeria and Bello is the solution. What of the COVID-19 imperialism rejected by Bello in his own way and no one is yet to dispute any of the Bello’s claim or professed against COVID-19?
