Chief Edward David Onoja group for GYB2PYB (CEDO4GYB2PYB), a political support group for Governor Yahaya Bello in collaboration with Vine Healthcare Limited has embarked on a medical outreach across communities in Lagos State to provide some free medical checkings and supplies to people and also enlighten them on safety measures to live a healthy life.
The outreach programme which started today being 20th June, 2021 is aimed at providing basic health care and health counseling to people in some areas of Lagos State.
Speaking at the commencement of the program, the group’s representative, Patriot Mathew James Avabee noted that the health outreach was organised to celebrate the 46th birthday of Kogi State Governor, Alhaji Yahaya Adoza Bello.
“We are using the occassion of Governor Yahaya Adoza Bello’s birthday celebration to reach out to the people of Lagos State by providing for them basic health care, and enlightening the beneficiaries on the safety measures to live a healthy life.
“Adequate health care delivery to Kogi State citizens has been a serious concern to Governor Yahaya Bello and he has preformed excellently well through a robust and people focused health policies and infrastructural developments like the ongoing state of the art reference hospital and other health infrastructures in Kogi State, which after completion, will not only serve the people of Kogi State, but Nigerians”, he said.
While congratulating the beneficiaries of the program, patriot James Mathew urges them and the entire Lagos State citizens to support Governor Yahaya Bello, as he is prepared to take on the bigger national task ahead. Adding that, the people’s governor has shown competencies and capacities needed to govern a heterogeneous nation like Nigeria.
