

In Kogi State, Governance is no longer for the older breed, as Gov. Yahaya Bello has made youth owners of Kogi State.
Dr. Jibril Oludare, Special Adviser, Youths and Students, to Gov. Bello in a paper presentation on benefits of youth inclusion in Governance: Kogi as Case Study, made the disclosure at the 3rd Annual GYB Seminar for Political and Crime Correspondents/Editors, held at Transcorp Hilton.
Dr. Jibril praised the administration of Gov. Yahaya Bello for making youths the priority of his administration, said the choice of a Youth as the APC Governorship candidate will ensure an outstanding victory in the forthcoming November Governorship election.
The Special Adviser said the youths of Kogi State have never been involved in government like is presently considered by Gov. Bello.
He listed the establishment of Youths Development Commission, employment of 5000 youths as vigilantee for Community Policing
Similarly, the government he added purchased tractors to improve farming, made children of nobody somebody’s, praised him for running a Youth driven and directional administration.
