Gov. Ododo’s Leadership Style Beyond Mundane Sentiments, Let’s Join Hands Build A Virile Kogi State – Hon. Sunday Ogah, SSA, Grassroots Mobilization

The Kogi State Governor, Alhaji Usman Ahmed Ododo has been described as a Governor who has proven that the entire State remains his Constituency, without biase to ethnicity, political affiliation and other mundane sentiments.

Hon. Sunday Ogah, Senior Special Adviser on Grassroots Mobilization to Gov. Ododo made the disclosure in a statement issued to Newsmen, described the Governor as one who has beaten the imagination of sceptics in his handling of the affairs of the people.

The Senior Special Assistant observed that unlike in the past, Gov. Ododo has gone past the hitherto style of leadership that has in the past held the State back to one of inclusiveness.

The Senior Special Assistant added that contrary to the fears by mischief makers, Gov. Ododo has proven to be a fast learner, described his mastery of Governance leading to good governance as very impressive.

Hon. Sunday Ogah called on the people to join hands with the present administration of Gov. Ododo in moving the State forward, maintaining that Gov. Ododo has proven that he is not sectional and parochial in his handling of the affairs of the State.

According to the Senior Special Assistant, ” Gov. Ododo has changed the narratives at the Grassroots with his efforts in prioritizing administration at the Local Government Areas. Today, when salaries are paid, no tribe or political party is discriminated against, they all get a hundred percent and have gone ahead to enjoy N75,000 minimum wage. As we speak, no tribe or children of people of other political parties were excluded in the free education, free payment of WAEC in the State. Today, the distribution of infrastructure like road and others needed by the people is equitably distributed. The peace and tranquility enjoyed in the State has no political or tribal colouration”.

” This Governor is not sectional. He is not sentimental. He talks less and acts more. The people are happy with every moves made. I have traversed the length and breadth of the State in seeking the people’s mindset. This far, Gov. Ododo is the new kids on the block with his superlative performance in just about a year in office”.

” I therefore want to use this opportunity to call on people of the State irrespective of location to know that Kogi State belongs to us all and not for Gov. Ododo, to join hands with him in building a virile State”.

” Never in the history of the State have we experienced the kind of convivial atmosphere provided by a government for people to exercise their liberty unhindered like we are presently witnessing in Kogi State, under the leadership of Gov Ododo”.

” I therefore charge the Governor to continue with his improved new direction administration as the sky is obviously his limit in his future endeavors like getting a seamless second term”.
