As a way of sharing in the pains of the people, the Candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, Hon. Uchola Ojogbane Omale, has donated the sum of N1million to victims affected by the flood in Ibaji LGA.
Hon. Uchola equally donated the sum of N500,000 for the purchase of materials and other palliatives for victims of flooding around Idah Federal Constituency of the State.
Hon. Uchola expressed worries with the level of devastation done to farmlands, properties and people, assured that he will stand by the affected in this trying moment.
Hon. Uchola called on the Federal and State Government to rise to the occasion by providing support for the affected, described the 2022 flood as one too many.
The PDP Flagbearer urged the people to relocate to higher ground, pointing out that safety should be the watchwords, prayed God to grant the affected the grace to pick up from the ruins.
