Christians have been urged not to mourn like those without hope, but to rejoice in God’s promise of eternal life.

 

 

The State Pastor of Christ Embassy, in Lokoja, Kogi State, Pastor Ovie Okorodudu gave the charge at the funeral service for Mr. Emmanuel Nwogu JP in Mbaise, IMO State.

 

Pastor Ovie encouraged believers to see death as a transition to glory, stressing that Mr. Nwogu lived a beautiful life in Christ and now resides in a better place.

 

Mr. ChukwuEbuka Nwogu, the deceased’s son, delivered an emotional tribute, pointing out his father’s kindness and impact, recalling how his father ensured he had a decent comfortable home while attending Imo State University.

Late Mr. Nwogu passed away on August 28, 2024, he is survived by his wife, Hon. Avoyi Billie Nwogu, Senior Special Assistant on Print Media to Kogi Governor, has three siblings, two biological, and three adopted children.
