Caretaker Chairman Kabba/Bunu LGA, Hon Dare Pays Homage To Obaro of Kabba

The Caretaker Chairman, Kabba Bunu LGA Area, Barr Zacchaeus Dare Michael, today visited the Obaro of Kabba, HRM Oba Solomon Dele Owoniyi, to seek for his blessings.
This visit the Chairman explains is in furtherance of his commitment to swiftly bring all critical stakeholders on board towards setting the agenda for his administration.
Barr. Dare said the need to involve the Traditional Institution in decision making is for the overall development of Kabba/Bunu local government, says the fatherly roles and blessings of the Traditional Ruler would go a long way in the success of his administration.
The Caretaker Chairman, described the Obaro of Kabba, HRM Oba Solomon Dele Owoniyi as a bundle of knowledge, urged for his guidance for his administration.
The Chairman, underscored the role of the traditional institution to community development, described the Traditional Rulers as the custodian of tradition and culture of the people.
“As a son to OBARO and all of you in the council. I need no introduction. This for me is a home coming. My coming here today, is to officially present myself to the OBARO and to also show forth my unreserved appreciation for his enormous support”.
“Our local government under my administration need to regain it lost glory. w
We as a people need to as a matter of urgency strive to regain our glory. Our administration is going to take a decisive and definite steps on the issue of Security. We can’t achieve anything meaningful without a secured society. I want to appeal to all our village heads to help us talk to our hunters in their various communities as we are going to be engaging them in no distance time”, Barr. Dare explained.
One of the speakers and a Chief in council, Chief Funsho Olorunfemi, former Chairman of the local government admonished the Chairman, Hon Zaccheaus Dare Michael to be a good ambassador of Oweland.
The Obaro of Kabba, HRM Oba Solomon Dele Owoniyi in his response, said “What stands the Caretaker Chairman out amidst others, is his competency, capacity and loyalty.
“No one can undermine the role of education in leadership responsibilities. You have indeed displayed your sagacity, just merely three days of your assumption in office, you have been able to set-up two functional committees that are rich in composition and also result-oriented”.
” I advise you to constantly consult your leaders for steps to take and ensure that you carry your party along in your administration. God will guide you in your new assignment”, the Obaro of Kabba advised.
