KABBA-BUNU CTC BAGS POCACOV AWARDS OF EXCELLENCE ON SECURITY
The management Team of Police Campaign Against Cultism And Other Vices in Kogi State (POCACOV) has concluded arrangements to honor the Caretaker Chairman of Kabba-Bunu Local Government Area, Hon. Barr. Zacchaeus Dare with POCACOV AWARDS OF EXCELLENCE as the MOST SECURITY CONSCIOUS CHAIRMAN in Kogi State. According to a Press Statement made available to our reporter by the Pioneer Chairman of POCACOV in Kogi State, Hon. Austine Alaba Medaiyedu, the well-deserved awards to be bestore on the Council Chairman was the results of the discreet assessment of his outstanding leadership in the last Six Months in Office.
POCACOV is very mindful of the ongoing security measures that is being put in place at Kogi State University, Kabba by the Caretaker Chairman. We are equally moved by the decision of the Chairman to employ Local Hunters at the LGA to tackle the insecurity challenges in the Area.
More importantly, this award of Excellence for the chairman became necessary in order to appreciate his proactive EXECUTIVE ORDER ONE that banned Scrap dealers (EBOLA/IRON CONDEMNED) from going round the town scouting for Customers. This singular decision has drastically reduced crime rate in the Local Government Area.
The Award Presentation Ceremony has been slated for Sunday 7th of July 2024 as part of the lined up activities to celebrate the Chairman’s Wedding Anniversary and Thanksgiving Ceremony at his Residence in Kabba, Kogi State
