The Nigerianpost report that if not controlled might affect the Access Diamond Bank.
Presently onlookers with no means of putting off the fire are calling on fire agencies to come to the rescue.
Kogi: Access Bank in Lokoja on fire.
Another version says it is the Access bank branch located in Lokoja the Kogi State capital is currently on fire.
The cause of the fire incident could not be ascertained as of the time of filing this report.
Nigerianpost gathered that fire service officials whose office is a stone throw from the bank are yet to arrive at the scene of the incident.
Staff working in the bank have all escaped to safety.
It was further learnt that passersby are making effort to stop the fire
Nigerianpost recalls that the latest inferno is coming barely one year when goods worth billions of naira were destroyed in an electronic shop opposite Guarantee Trust bank in Lokoja.
