My heart is filled with joy and appreciation, just as I am writing to express my deepest gratitude for the invaluable support and unwavering commitment many of you have shown in securing my nomination as the Chairman of Transition Committee for Lokoja Local Government Area. Your dedication to our shared vision and the tireless efforts you put forth have played a pivotal role in this development for which I am grateful.

I am truly honored to have individuals like you by my side, and I am humbled by the trust and confidence you have placed in me. Your collaboration, guidance, and belief in my capabilities have not only bolstered my confidence but have also contributed significantly to the hope I have in this endeavor.

I understand that this achievement is the result of collective efforts, and I want to acknowledge the support of major Stakeholders for their hard work and dedication. Each one of you has played a crucial role, and I am deeply appreciative of the unity and teamwork that has brought us to this moment.

First and foremost, I want to express my gratitude to His Excellency, the Executive Governor of Kogi State, Alhaji (Dr) Yahaya Bello, CON, the leader of the APC in the state for showing his political dexterity of ensuring the right political talents are given the opportunity to display their capacity. I want to specially mention that he is the first to give recognition to the pool of youths in the state for an opportunity for a seat at the table. I cannot thank you enough, Your Excellency, sir.

The incoming Governor, Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo is a man that has used his eagle eyes to actively seek out necessary talents to help his administration achieve its objectives for the 21 Local Government Areas of the State and I thank him for also identifying me as one of those to lead the transition committees for LGAs in the state as a chairman.

I also want to thank the leader of the APC in Kogi West, the Garkuwa of Kakanda Kingdom, and Speaker of Kogi State House of Assembly, Rt Hon Aliyu Umar Yusuf for demosntarting leadership, passion and compassion. Thank you for all your words of advice, mentorship and guidance.

I am also filled with gratitude for His Excellency, the leader of the APC in Lokoja/Kogi Kotonkarfe Federal Constituency, Alhaji Suleiman Baba Ali. I appreciate you sir.

Hon Danladi Suleiman Aguye, the member representing Lokoja/Kogi Kotonkarfe Federal Constituency at the National Assembly is also a mentor and leader of high repute, whose role has contributed in no small measures to the attainment of the position.

I am also not forgetting my brother and friend, Hon Bin Ebaiya Shehu Tijjani (BEST) for his support and guidance. I appreciate this so much.

I am also not leaving out Lokoja Local Government APC chairman, Hon Maikudi Bature and the entire ward leadership structure in the local government.

There is a hand behind the scene that does not want to be publicly mentioned, but I thank you so much for all that you do and promise not to disappoint you.

As we embark on this new chapter together, I want to assure you of my commitment to serving in this role with integrity, transparency, and diligence. I look forward to working hand in hand with each one of those that would make the team to bring positive change and progress to our local government.

Once again, thank you for your support, encouragement, and belief in my abilities. I am truly grateful to have such a dedicated team, and I am excited about the positive impact we can make together for the rest of this administration and in the coming one.
