The Agbana of Isanlu and Chairman Yagba East Local Government Traditional Council, His Royal Majesty Oba Moses Babatunde Etombi has expressed appreciation to Kogi State Governor, Alhaji Yahaya Bello for approving the appointment of Mr. James Moses as Treasurer of Yagba East Local Government.
Mr. James Moses until his appointment was the Secretary of Okun Traditional Council.
The Agbana while reacting to the appointment in a statement said “On behalf of the good people of Isanlu in Yagba East LGA of Kogi State, I, the Agbana of Isanlu, HRH, Oba Moses Babatunde Etombi, wish to express our gratitude to His Excellency, the Executive Governor of Kogi State for his magnanimity in the extension of dividend of democracy to Isanlu land in appointing our illustrous son, Mr James Moses Tuesday to the seat of the treasurer of Yagba East LGA.”
According to the Yagba East Paramount Ruler, “The entire community see the appointment as well deserved having served the traditional institution for many years in good faith. We equally appreciate the leadership of Kogi State Local Government Service Commission and all stakeholders in the State for this gesture.”
He prayed God to reward all that facilitated the appointment, assuring the Governor of the unalloyed support of Yagba East people to the present administration always.
