The Convener, Congress for Better Nigeria, Barr. Zaccaeus Dare Michael has described the recent kidnap of the Mother to the Kogi State Chief of Staff, Pharm Abdulkareem Jamiu Asuku as well as the armed Robbery Attacks in Odoere and Egbe as politically masterminded.
Barr. Dare however posited that the intention of the mischief makers is aimed at distracting Gov. Yahaya Bello’s efforts at security, described the kidnap and attacks as unfortunate, as the plans of the mischief makers would not in any way affect the positive ratings of the Governor.
The Activists described the mode of operation of the abductors as clearly political, appealed to the abductors to also consider the age of the woman abducted, disclosed that at her age could also be on drugs and some other attention.
Barr. Dare described the attacks on Yagba West LGA by armed Robbers as most unfortunate, praised Gov. Yahaya Bello for his swift response that led to neutralizing some of the robbers and Arrest of some.
Barr. Dare described Kogi State as a no go area for criminals, used the statement to appeal to those with mischievous intentions to stay clear of the state said the way the miscreants were dealt with in Yagba West at the shortest time clearly confirms the Kogi security architecture as world class.
Barr. Dare described the Presidential Aspiration of Gov Bello as what the country requires in view of his Sterling security record, pointing out that what is on the lips of Nigerian’s is a secure country, a quality that placed Gov. Bello ahead his rivals.
The Convener advised Asiwaju Bola Tinubu to bury his ambition and throw his weight behind Gov Bello, pointing out that the time is Youths o’clock.
