Kogi Environment Commissioner, Engr Joseph Empowers 500 Farmers in Yagba West LGA
…Gives Financial Support to Ward, LG, State APC Executive Members
… Also Supported Women, Youth Leaders with Cash.
The Kogi State Commissioner For Environment and Ecological Management, Engr. Oliwasegun Joseph has empowered over 500 farmers with sprayers, chemicals and cash.
Similarly, the Commissioner gave out cash support to Wards, Local Government and State Executive Members of the All Progressives Congress in Yagba West Local Government Area.
Not done yet, the Commissioner also gave out financial assistance to the Ward Party women leaders, Youth leaders and Party Chairman alongside some Stakeholders.
Engr. Joseph said the support is in line with the administration policy of Gov. Usman Ahmed Ododo, pointing out that his opportunity to serve is about the people.
The Commissioner thanked Gov. Ododo for the opportunity given to him to serve his people, pointing out that the confidence will be justified.
The Commissioner described the administration of Gov Ododo as the best to have happened to the State, pointing out that the people are now more united and stronger in building a virile Kogi State.
The Commissioner assured that the people of Yagba West Local Government are resolved to deliver a hundred percent votes for the Governor in 2027, described the Local Government as a no go area for any political party in the coming election.
The people of Yagba West, the Commissioner explained have endorsed the Governor for another term, urged the people to remain resolute in their support for the APC and Governor Ododo.
The empowerment by the Commissioner worth millions of Naira was described as unprecedented by the stakeholders, praised him for the support and assured of their support to Gov. Ododo’s administration.
