Kogi Shutdown schools operating without approval
Today a team from Kogi State Ministry of Education led by the Director Basic and Secondary Education Mr. Mathew Salami sealed some schools operating without approval in Zariagi, Kabba Junction in Adavi Local Government Area of Kogi State.
The Schools are; Davine Favor, Visyet Academy, Daarul Kitab Islamic Training Center , Success Field Academy Nursery/Primary School, God’s Foundation School , Olugrade Academy, the Way Excellence Nursery/ Primary School, the Builders House Edu Care School and Almuahajrun Islamic Academy.
He said that the State Government would not close its eyes and allow the operation of illegal schools to bring down the gains that have been made in Education.
All the schools sealed have been directed to report to the Ministry and apply for approval.
