BREAKING: Heavy Gridlock in Lokoja metropolis, As drivers block Ganaja Village Bridge.
The bridge at Ganaja village leading to the Eastern Senatorial District and Eastern part of Nigeria has been blocked by Trailer Drivers.
It was alleged that the drivers had a misunderstanding with uniform personnels.
The truck driver carrying wood and coming from the East beat a check point.
The uniform men it was alleged chased after him and in the ensuring argument following the driver’s refusal to pay a fee, he and his conductor were allegedly shot.
The driver was said to have manage to enter his vehicle from the Ganaja Village roundabout, drove back to the Garage village bridge and blocked the bridge.
This has caused a gridlock as no entry and exit into the capital city.
Many travelers plying the route are suffering Untold hardship, with travellers stranded.
Form now It’s a message a total gridlock as Travellers are stranded and helpless.
