The Kogi State Community and Social Development Agency (KGCSDA) has been honored with an Award of Credence by the Malnourished Child and Special People Group in recognition of its significant contributions to reducing malnutrition among children and pregnant women in the state.

The award was presented to the General Manager of the agency, Chief Momoh Dauda, by the Chairperson of the Malnourished Child and Special People Group Project Management Committee, Ms. Grace Jegede.

The recognition highlights the agency’s efforts in implementing strategic interventions to combat malnutrition and support vulnerable populations.

The presentation was a key feature for the second phase implementation of the Nutrition Project under the Community Action for Resilience and Economic Stimulus (NG-CARES) Programme.
The event took place at the Daratola Supportive Foundation for the Vulnerable in Lokoja.

In his remarks, Chief Momoh Dauda expressed profound gratitude to His Excellency, Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo, for his unwavering support in tackling malnutrition in Kogi State.
