Christmas: Special Adviser on Labour Matters, Comr. Onuh Edoka felicitates with Christians, Workers
The Special Adviser to Kogi State Governor on Labour Matters, Comrade Onuh Edoka has felicitated with the workforce on the occasion of the birth of Jesus Christ.
In a Christmas message on Wednesday, Comrade Edoka described the period as unique based on the lessons of love, peace and tolerance as demonstrated by Christ.
He appealed to Christians to truly show the essence of this festive season, saying that is what will give joy to all, irrespective of religious or ethnic affinity.
Comrade Edoka said “Now that Christmas is here, let everyone seeach his or her conscience, make amends where necessary with a view to justifying the significance of Christmas, after all, Christ came to redeem mankind”, he emphasized.
The Special Adviser on Labour also felicitated with the Government and people of Kogi State on this auspicious occasion, urging all to show love to make the society a better place for all.
Comrade Edoka equally congratulated the people of Imane and Olamaboro at large on the joyous moment, adding that there should be true spirit of love in order to move the society to enviable position.
The Special Adviser saluted the people’s Governor, Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo for ensuring early payment of salaries, adding that it is the reason for seamless celebration.
