There are indications that a prominent Yagba west PDP chieftain and a great humanitarian, Hon Toba Babatunde is set to dump the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) for the ruling All Progressive Congress (APC)
Hon Toba Babatunde is an Okeri born-Ado-Ekiti based frontline Estate Developer, Philanthropist Per Excellence, an Experienced Grassroot Politician, a Rallying Point, a Financier and Sponsor of Party Activities from time immemorial
Hon Toba Babatunde said he would formally announce his exit from the Peoples Democratic Party at a press conference in Igbaruku, Okeri his country home with his teaming followers and supporters
He said he concluded plans to defect to the APC in appreciation to Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo for appointing an illustrious and patriotic Okeri son in his cabinet as the Honourable Commissioner of Environment and Ecological Management, Hon (Engr) Joseph Olusegun
Hon Toba said having consulted widely with notable friends, confidants, and allies, he hereby concluded and perfected his plans to join APC
