Breaking: Supreme Court Affirms Gov. Ododo’s Election Victory
The Supreme Court has affirmed the election victory of Gov. Usman Ahmed Ododo.
In a unanimous judgment, the court held that the November 11 2023 Governorship election met substantial compliance.
Recalled that the trial and appeal Court had earlier affirmed the election victory of Gov Ododo, making the AA and SDP Governorship candidate to head to the Supreme Court.
The five man justices affirmed Gov. Ododo of the APC as duly elected, with the election said to have met substantial compliance.
