The Honourable Commissioner, in his congratulatory message released through his media assistant, extols the Royal Father as an epitome of honour, a staunch community developer, shining business mogul and an exemplary leader who is Committed to service in the most selfless manner. Oba Ibeun is a beacon of inspiration and a bridge builder in it true sense, saying he has demonstrated excellence in private life and as a king.
