Ownership Realty Ltd, a real estate development company established on the 8th of August 2008, clocks 16 years today as a corporate entity.

The firm that commenced operations 16 years ago has its registered office in Lagos.

Speaking at a ceremony to mark the occasion, the Director, Clients Services, Mr Alex Olabode Olayinka-Martins attributes the success achieved so far to dedication from staff over the years.

Amidst the ups and downs of the business landscape and the prevailing economic challenges in the country, he remained thankful to God for His unwavering guidance and provision, which has empowered the company’s team to stay committed to excellence and consistently provide outstanding services to their numerous clientele.

Alex Olabode Olayinka-Martins, representing Dr Akeem Olayinka-Martins, the managing director, was full of admiration for all industry stakeholders for their valuable and esteemed patronages while promising to ensure more improvements in service delivery.

As a way of bridging investment gap and creating more business opportunities, he disclosed that the company operations has been launched in the Lekki-Aja axis, a high brow area of Lagos where lots of opportunities will be explored.
