Kogi Governorship Appeal Court Victory: Engr Bashiru Gegu Congratulates Gov. Ododo, Describes Victory As Confirmation of wishes of Kogi People.
The Kogi State Commissioner for Solid Minerals and Natural Resources, Engr Bashiru Gegu has congratulated Gov Usman Ahmed Ododo on his victory at the appeal, pointing out that it is a confirmation of the wishes of the people.
The Commissioner made the disclosure shortly after the Appeal Court Victory that affirms the Governorship election won by Gov Ododo.
Engr. Bashiru urged the opposition Social Democratic Party to accept the verdict as the will of Allah, pointing out that from all indication, Gov. Ododo is fashioned and prepared to Govern the State in the present dispensation.
The Commissioner described the victory as an affirmation that the good works begun by Gov Ododo is speaking for him after his overwhelming victory at the last year’s November Governorship election.
Engr. Bashiru Gegu expressed appreciation to the Appeal Court Justices for the painstaking and thorough judgement delivered, pointing out that the Judiciary has really proven to be the last hope of the common man.
