APPOINTMENT RENEWAL: Chairman Forum of Special Advisers, Omoluabi congratulates Prof. Ogbo, says Governor Ododo’s penchant for rewarding performance is commendable

 

The Chairman of Forum of Special Advisers to the Governor of Kogi State who doubles as the Special Adviser on Energy Matters to the Governor, Omoluabi Bode Adeyemi have commended Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo for the reappointment of the Rector of Kogi State Polytechnic, Prof. Usman Ogbo as the Rector of the institution, saying that the Rector has justified his reappointment through his sterling performance and developmental revolution the institution has achieved under his leadership.

Omoluabi made the statement in a press release made available to newsmen in Lokoja on Monday. He says Governor Ododo is a leader whose eagle eyes sees and recognizes excellent performance in service to the people. He says the Governor is one leader whose reward system is perfect and encouraging to all his followers and aides. Omoluabi says this has been further demonstrated in the reappointment of one of the sterling performers in governance and government of the state, Prof Usman Ogbo, Rector, Kogi state polytechnic, Lokoja.

Omoluabi commends Ogbo for living up to expectations and making the statement and people proud. He says Prof Ogbo’ first tenure has brought significant turnaround to the institution and placed the polytechnic as one of the best in the country. He says Ogbo’s infrastructure revolution, academic renaissance and moral rectitude delivered to the students and lecturers are testaments of unequal proportion.

The Chairman of forum says Prof Ogbo have exemplified the quality leadership Kogi’s immediate past and present Governors are known for.

*I am happy to join several other Kogites and lovers of good governance and leadership to congratulate Prof Usman Ogbo on his reappointment as the Rector of Kogi State Polytechnic, i am particularly happy because the appointment represents a morale booster, reward for excellence and encouragement for people to appreciate good leadership. Personally I am not surprised because the reappointment is a well deserved one and a confirmation of the Governor’s commitment to rewarding dutiful and performing government appointees. I thank His excellency for this timely, perfect and thoughtful reappointment of Prof Ogbo.
