UEC Sec. School Gov Board Chairman, Doctor Sunday Abutu
Chairman, Governing Board of United Evangelical Church Secondary School, Lokoja, Doctor Sunday Abutu made the remark at the end of year graduation ceremony of the college on Saturday.
Doctor Abutu who was Chairman at the occasion, noted that children as gifts from God should be properly nurtured to meet the expectations of God and the society.
The Chairman described the performance of the School in all public examinations as outstanding and expressed confidence that the graduands would excel in their future endeavours.
Chairman of the Parents Teachers Association, PTA of the School, Elder Ejeh James described the UEC secondary School as one of the best in the state, saying it was evident in the academic records.
Elder James commended two students for writing inspiring books at such level, urging parents to remain committed in their children’s upbringing.
Earlier, the Principal of the School, Mr Jibrin Sunday Ojodale said the school began with a little beginning of thirty four to over one thousand students.
Mr Ojodale advised graduands to be good ambassadors of UEC secondary School, adding that management would work harder to enable the school meet global standard.

Presentation of gifts to outstanding staff and students.
