A front line chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Kogi State, Hon Yakubu Adabenege has enjoined the people of the state to give their unflichining support to the party’s candidate in the November 11 gubernatorial election, Alhaji Ododo Ahmed Usman, assuring them that when elected, his administration would take care of the development needs of the entire state.
He gave the assurance when he played host to Magongo Community from Ogori/Magongo Local Government Area who paid him a solidarity visit immediately after the official commissioning of the Yakubu Support Organization (YSO) campaign yesterday.
The visit was to discuss a way forward for the election which Hon Yakubu who is popularly known as Fancy, assured would be won by the APC in view of Governor Yahaya Bello’s track record of achievements in all parts of the state.
While appealing to Magongo Community to solidify their support for the APC, he enjoined them to rally round friends and associates to ensure overwhelming victory for the party at the polls.
Representatives of the Community who took turns to speak during the visit all restated their commitment to the APC cause and assured Hon Fancy that they would mobilise their people to ensure victory for the party.
