The newly established Kogi State University, Kabba has been recognized as the 62nd State University in Nigeria University System.
The recognition was made today following the submission made by the State Government to the National University Commission.
With this recognition, TETFUND, JAMB, NYSC and others are to be notified for immediate recognition and further action.
The NUC described the efforts put in place for the establishment of the Kogi State University Kabba as perfect, praised Gov Yahaya Bello’s administration for making education a priority.
The Kogi State Governor, today led a high powered State Government delegation to the NUC to make the submission, consequently got the NUC nod after the Commission admitted the viability of the University.
