I am an unrepentant believer of good governance. Whoever or whatever anybody is doing in this direction, at least in spirit, I will be with such a person.
My regards and support for Dr. Sanusi Ohiare’s project and ambition stem from his tested communitarian reputations. He is a special breed of politician, knowledgeable and pragmatic who is well-versed in constitutional procedures and practices. He is exceptionally gifted, and a person of great decency and integrity.
During his days as the Executive Director, Rular Electrification Fund; he had touched many parts of the State with Electrification Projects some of which I witnessed. The situation of some of the Communities in Kogi State; from the onset, is so terrible that the only Government intervention they have is that from the REA, this privilege of visiting those Communities Projects has given him an edge over others as he is, now very familiar with the needs and terrain of our most Communities.
Dr. Sanusi is a man of vast political experience and administrative acumen… he is also widely admired for his restraint, sense of propriety and balance, and understanding of real politics-politics without rancors. He would dignify the office he is about to step into by using the Community Driven Development Approach and leave little or no room for narrow partisanship; this I can assured Kogites.
As Governor of Kogi State if elected, Dr. Sanusi would know how to fall back on traditions and conventions when necessary and when to look for fresh ways to break new impasses or constitutional deadlocks.
Dear Kogites, so long as we have enough people in this State willing to fight for their rights, we will be called a democrat. Dr. Sanusi Ohiare is highly and eminently qualified to succeed His Excellency, Alh Yahaya Bello, let’s give him the chance to recreate a just, but sustainable Kogi State.
