
The Senior Special Assistant to the Governor on Information, Hon. Bello Ihiovi has pledged his resolve to frequently interface and attract empowerment opportunities to members of his ward and community.

Hon. Bello made this known recently in a gathering with members and stakeholders of the All Progressive Congress of his people at Oboroke uvete ward 2, charging them to remain faithful and loyal to the party and the government of the day.

According to him, his position has come through the benevolence of governor Yahaya Adoza Bello and his amiable Chief of Staff, Pharm. Mohammed Jamiu Asuku who has continue to help Kogi youth to be productive.
He stressed that one of the mandates giving to him upon his appointment is to ensure he takes good governace back to the grassroots and ensure the party remains strong and united.
The SSA further disclosed that not less than over 30 individuals benefited from the cash empowerment which he stressed that the second phase of the empowerment will be coming up soon before the general election.
He further urged members of ward to vote APC from top to bottom, starting from the incoming president, senator Bola Ahmed Tinubu for president, Eng Abubakar Ohere for senate kogi central, Idris Ozi for house of representatives Okehi/Adavi federal constituency And Prince Zack Otokiti for house of Assembly representing Okehi local government.
Earlier in his opening remark, the Okehi local government party chairman, Alh Abdulahi A Ozigi commended Hon. Bello for identifying with his people, noting that he has shown to have the love for his people at heart
He however pleaded that the SSA should use his good office to attract more empowerment and development to the community while assuring that the entire community will be given their 100 percent votes to APC in the forthcoming 2023 general election.
Similarly, the Ward Chairman, Malla ofe, thanked Gov. Bello for appointing a worthy son of theirs, adding that members of the ward are more than convinced that he will deliver on his duty and also contribute his quarter towards the development of his community.
