Four things women need to know

Intermacy is fun, feels great and brings you closer to your partner—and regular intimacy is also good for your mental and physical health. Making love can improve your heart function, lower your stress and anxiety levels, reduce aches and so much more.

Unfortunately, some seemingly innocent habits before and after Intercourse could cause problems in the sack, ruining your healthy fun. Here are four things you should not do after Intercourse

1) Don’t wear tight clothes and sleep

Your body warms up after Intercourse and you tend to sweat. If you wear nylon or synthetic lingerie, it might create abrasions. What’s more, those nylon undies might lead to itchiness after getting in contact with v@ginal secretions. Instead wear cotton nightwear to stay healthy.

2) Avoid a hot bubble bath

You have touched the genitals of your partner. Therefore, it is important to clean your hands to stop the spread of bacteria. Not doing so can lead to multiple bacterial infections. Cuddling in a hot water bath might sound like an excellent plan after Intercourse but it might increase your chances of getting an infection.

3) Avoid Using wet wipes on your v@gina

Women often ask me if they can use these wipes after intimacy, but I don’t recommend it. After sexual Intercourse, your vaginal lining is super sensitive. Cleaning it with these chemical-laden wipes can cause itchiness and rashes

4) Avoid using soap to clean the v@gina

The most straightforward way is to wash the vaginal area gently with warm water. The American Sexual Health Association (ASHA) recommend using mild, unscented soap around the vaginal area. It is best to avoid perfumed soaps as these can cause irritation by disturbing the pH level of the vagina.
