Nigeria/Russia Parliamentary Group and Lokoja/Kogi Reps member, Hon. Shaba Ibrahim MHR; has appreciated constituents and dignitaries for attending the recently-held Igu fishing festival.
The federal lawmaker who was the host of the event noted in his message of appreciation; “I want to use this moment to appreciate His Royal Majesty, Alh. Abdulrazaq Sani Isah koto, Ohimege Igu Koton Karfe; and Hon. Abdulrahman Wuya Okpasko, Chairman of the occasion.
“As well I want to appreciate members of the planning committee; Hon. Mohammed Haruna Ganaja, Hon Isah Angulu Umar, Mrs Halima Shuaibu (#TeamShaba Women Leader), Hon. Abu Sule, Hon Aliyu Ibrahim and Hon. Umar Abdulrahman Namama.
“My appreciations also go to Hon. Suleiman Adawari, Former Speaker, Kogi State House of Assembly; Hon Umar Angulu, former Speaker, Kogi State House of Assembly; Hon. Barr. Muhammed Musa Tanko, former Administrator, Kogi Local Government; Hon. Zakari Ali Waniko From Bassa Local Government; all the TraditionalTittle Holders and all the village heads in Kogi Local Government.”
