… Charge them to Hit Ground Running.
The Peoples Democratic Party Chairman, Omala LGA of Kogi State, Hon. Momoh A. Mohammed, has inaugurated the Local Government Executives (LGEs) and the Omala Ward Executives today 4th of November, 2021 at Abejukolo, the Omala LGA Headquarters.
The grand occasion took place in the newly acquired PDP office, the first of its kind in Omala LGA, was attended by all the local Local Government Executives, Ward Chairmen, PDP critical stakeholders, the immediate past Chairman of the PDP in Omala LGA, Party stalwarts/enthusiasts and opinion moulders within the Local Government Area.
In his goodwill message to the Chairman and his Executives, Alhaji Ibrahim Idris, CON, JAKADAN SOKOTO and Leader of the People’s Democratic party (PDP) in Kogi State admonished the Chairman and the new Exco to bring everyone together under the same umbrella including those that defected to other party for whatever reasons. He also directed the Chairman to act quickly to bring sanity to PDP in Omala and that they have been given free hand to operate and assuring that no one was ever going to teleguide them in their activities.
In a goodwill message sent to the Chairman and his Exco., Hon. Dr. Aminu Atabo commended the new Executives for carrying out the inauguration ceremony in the newly acquired PDP office in Omala LGA, a feat that has not been practicable in Omala since the inception of the party since 1998. He also charged the Chairman to as a matter of urgency set up a reconciliation committee to bring back to the PDP family all those that left the party and other PDP members that felt alienated in pary activities to be reconciled forthwith.
The Chairman in his oppening remarks, commended the leaders of the PDP in Omala for midwifing a rancour-free Congresses and for standing with the party during the most difficult period of the PDP’s existence.
He promised to bring everyone back under the umbrella which he said is large to accommodate everyone.
In attendance at the grand inauguration ceremony is the Kogi State Asst. Organising Secretary, Hon. Jeremiah Omada, Alhaji Noah Abagana, Hon. Emmanuel Complete and a hosts of others.
